Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship Monday through Friday.
Orders will typically ship same-day if ordered before noon central. Shipping is provided via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. After high volume sales events like Black Friday, we typically ship out all orders within 3 business days. 

Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business days that something is missing.

Please message us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. You can contact us at APrice@creativelillycrafts.com. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issue you a store credit.

Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 10 PM "Excluding US Federal Holidays". Orders placed after 12 pm CT may ship out the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

Creative Lilly Crafts does not accept returns on any glitter, mica, powders, molds, epoxy, ink, paint, crafting accessories, or digital products.
